Recently, the Hongshi Electrical Staff Library was named the “National Staff Library” by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and was given 701 books worth more than 30,000 yuan. From a provincial library to a national library, this honor is a full affirmation of the company's long-term efforts in corporate culture construction and employee quality improvement.
Employee Library is mainly established in enterprises, industrial parks, and key construction project sites where workers are concentrated. SWE's employee library is located in the "Employee Home" on the third floor of the company's administrative office building and was opened in October 2019. The library covers an area of more than 100 square meters and currently has a collection of more than 5,000 books. The variety of books is rich, covering party building, literature, history, philosophy, science and technology, technology, management and other fields. At the same time, Hongshi’s internal publication “Hongshi People” is updated in real time every issue, which not only expands the reading scope of employees, but also provides employees with the opportunity to contribute and participate, enhancing their sense of participation and responsibility, and truly creating a cultural platform for all employees to read in depth.
